Mike Santini is one of the most honest, courteous realtors I have ever dealt with. I can only speak from my experience, he went above and beyond for me. Hi Mike, I just wanted to drop you a note to say hello and to thank you again for all the hard work you did getting my mother her condo. She is really settling in nicely and has met a number of the neighbors. She says they are all really nice, caring people and she feels very comfortable living in that community. As a matter of fact Terry (the woman who sold my mother the condo) invited her and the neighbor, Anna to dinner last night. My mother seemed pretty excited about it. She seems like a new person...much happier and more content and I owe a lot of that to you. I really think if it hadn't been for you and your experience, we may not have gotten that condo. She decided to try using the washer and dryer in the basement rather than convert the pantry in the kitchen back into a stackable washer/dryer closet and so far it seems to be going well. Everything is working out beautifully. My mother is getting to know her way around pretty well and it gives me peace of mind to know she's not far away. It also gives me an opportunity to see her regularly but yet have my own space. So thank you again for helping us both to start a new chapter in our lives.
